The BM 100 machine produces fully automatically Bonnell springs for mattress. The two ends of the wire are knotted, and the finished spring is heat-treated.
The shape of the springs can be adjusted as required. The electronic wire feed guarantees equal lengths for constant production. A new electronically controlled spring guide device can be used especially for high springs.
The machine is very easy to operate, and most spare parts are compatible with the standard.
